Adligenswil, Switzerland, May 2026 – In the laminate and design flooring market, a clear trend toward flooring elements with pre-attached acoustic underlay has been evident for years. This development is driven by increasing requirements for acoustic comfort, installation efficiency, and sustainability. At the same time, modern production lines enable large-area lamination directly within the manufacturing process.
As a result, demand is growing for high‑quality foams in formats optimally suited to modern production equipment, requiring widths of more than 2 meters.
