New product line and new name for Bad Sobernheim facility

Integration into the Sekisui Alveo Group officially complete

Lucerne / Bad Sobernheim, 1 July 2010. A half year after purchasing Polymer-Tec GmbH, Sekisui Alveo has integrated the German company into its organisation. Now that the integration is complete, the production site at Bad Sobernheim carries the name Sekisui Alveo BS GmbH. The acquisition expands the product portfolio of the manufacturer of physically cross-linked polyolefin foams: Sekisui Alveo now also offers non-cross-linked polyolefin foams under the new brand name Alveocel. Thus Sekisui Alveo has further expanded its position as one of the leading providers of high-quality and technically advanced polyolefin foams in Europe.
